At Tarkenton Financial, our recruiting trainings are personal and hands on. We want to meet and talk to you individually and introduce you to everyone on our team from Fran Tarkenton, our CEO, to your personal account manager.

You are first introduced to Tarkenton Financial through a LIVE one-on-one conference call with Fran. After the call, we invite you to join us for a two day recruiting session in Atlanta to meet the rest of the team. The two day training includes business planning, an overview of marketing tools and our seminar system, and one of our top producers will host an afternoon training session sharing best practices and seminar techniques. You will also tour our corporate office and meet every department in one on one team meetings.
